How do I make a purchase?
From the top right corner of the Ruitoo EU official store, select your currency and language, browse and choose your preferred products, add them to the shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. Once we receive your order, we will immediately arrange for shipment and deliver your purchased electric scooter to your specified address within 7-12 business days.

Get and use Ruitoo Discount Codes?
Get a Discount on Your Purchase
Enter your email and subscribe to the official Ruitoo eu shop. You will receive a confirmation email containing a link to activate your discount. Simply click the “Apply Discount” link in the email to receive a $15 discount code for your shopping.
How to Use the Discount Code
If you are shopping on a desktop, add items to your basket and proceed to checkout. At checkout, you will find a discount code field on the right-hand side of the page. Enter your valid promo code there. Please note that only one code may be used per order. Promo codes must be entered at the time of purchase and cannot be applied afterwards.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Order Confirmation
After placing an order at the official Ruitoo shop, you will receive an order confirmation email sent to the address you provided during checkout. This email confirms that your order has been successfully received and processed by our shop. It will normally include your order number, a summary of the items purchased, the total amount paid, and your delivery address.
If you do not find this email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder in case it has been filtered there by mistake.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Order Modifications
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or modifications. If you need to update your order, you may cancel it in accordance with our Cancellation Policy and place a new order with the correct information.

When will my order be shipped?
We aim to handle all orders efficiently and with care. For in-stock electric scooters, processing usually takes 3 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL. You will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your item has been dispatched.
For pre-order items, an estimated shipping date will be provided. You can find this date in your cart during checkout or in your order confirmation email. If the item becomes available earlier than expected, we will process and ship it as soon as possible. Once shipped, you will receive an automatic email with tracking details.
Do you offer shipping across Europe?
We offer free shipping to France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Portugal, Poland, Austria. (excluding remote areas).
We have established warehouses in Italy, Poland, and France. In addition, Ruitoo is registered in Italy, where we have opened two retail stores to provide customers with a convenient and seamless experience.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
We have partnered with logistics providers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS in your region to ensure the delivery of your order. Depending on the distance between our warehouse and your location, your order is expected to arrive within 7 to 12 business days.
Warranty Shipping & Processing Times?
Your warranty is our priority. Please allow up to 12 business days for processing in-stock warranty parts. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your item is dispatched.
Please note that batteries are shipped separately from other items in your order and require a signature upon delivery.
